DYNAMIC MODEL OF PULSE LINEAR ELECTROMOTOR

Abstract:
In this paper the model of pulse linear electromotor, designed in Simulink application is discribed. This electromotor type is a part of magnet-pulse device. The designed model allowes to investigate pulse linear electromotor characteristics at his inductor feeding from capacitors. The base of this model is monolayer scheme of magnetic circuit. One of pulse linear electromotor type is induction-dynamic electromotor. The construction of this type electromotor is shown on fig. 1.The primary electric circuit is inductor feeding from capacitors. The secondary electric circuit is aluminium ring. The electric current in secondary element provides significant dynamic forces, used in different technology. The scheme of magnetic circuit is showed on fig. 2. In consequence of magnetic circuit saturation this model contents saturation block (fig. 6). Output signal of this block is magnetic resistance of ferromagnetic parts of magnetic circuit. The dependence B(H) is approximated by equation from [2].
