MODERN DESIGN PROCEDURES FOR NEW ELECTRIC DRIVES

Abstract:
A continious conception of the design up to calculation and simulation of rotating multiphase machines is, for example, introduced with the Switched Reluctance Machine (SRM). Aim is the optimization of the design by examination of special inner appearances. With the inclusion of the energy supply, converters, mechanical components and control strategy the system behaviour can be determined in advance, special operating conditions and the harmonious behaviour can be examined.
