INDUCTION NOISELESS MOTORS WITH ASYMMETRIC MAGNETIC CIRCUIT FOR SUPPLY PUMPS OF RESIDENTIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDINGS

Abstract:
It is proposed to use a double-row concentrated winding with the pitch factor equal to 1/3. The winding is made of six solid coils wound on the rigid framework with minimal wire bending and laying of turns under control. The winding is free of lap coil ends. To arrange the coils, the stator core is made split. The new method is applied to compensate the spurious electromagnetic torques. The rotor is made without the slot skewing and the stator teeth are made with unsymmetrical tooth tips. The prototype tests have confirmed the motor serviceability. The noise level reduction is associated with the reduction of the number of the stator winding teeth down to six ones per pair of the poles and with filling the stator winding and core with heat-conducting compound to receive the solid construction. The motors with the asymmetric magnetic circuit are promising for application as drives of supply pumps with the frequency speed regulation.
