THE ELECTRIC DRIVE OF THE PLOTTING TABLE ON THE BASIS OF THE LINEAR ASYNCHRONOUS ENGINE

Abstract:
the mathematical model for research of transients of graph plotters of table type is developed on the basis of linear asynchronous engines with regard to massive secondary winding with variable parameters, asymmetry of electromagnetic system of the engine and losses in magnetic circuit of inductor on the raised frequencies. The analysis of results of calculation shows, that in connection with asymmetry of electromagnetic system of the engine of fluctuation of traction force remain in the established mode too, that at small relocatable weight is reflected in speed of moving. The developed electric drive provides improvement of moving with speed 1 m/sec writing unit of the graph plotter at a feed of the device from a source with frequency 400 Hz. Triple reduction of power consumption and double reduction of its weight is attained
