|ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD ANALYSIS IN PULSE TRANSFORMER|
The paper presents a transformer supplied with high-frequency voltage impulses. Information on the design and operating principles of such transformers is given. A field-circuit model of phenomena used to determine the electromagnetic field distribution by means of the finite element method is described. In the model the electromagnetic field equations are solved simultaneously with circuit equations. The algorithm applied to solve these equations is used to simulate the selected working states of the pulse transformer. An analysis of the electromagnetic field in the transformer was carried out.
