DETERMINATION OF TORQUES OF CONTROLLED ELECTRIC MOTORS

Abstract:
At manufacturing plats of controlled machines and electric drives the latter are optimized at rigs with simulation of loading by independently excited d.c. generators. The latter follows from the simplicity of realization of the required characteristics of mechanisms by d.c. machines. Taking into account that an electric drive is characterized by equiprobable work at any step of the control range, and subsequently, by different thermal state of the windings and portions of the loading generator, there is developed a method of determination of electromagnetic moment on the actuating motor shaft not concerned with determination of their temperatures.
