|CHAOTIC PHENOMENA IN 3-GENERATORS MODEL OF POWER SYSTEM|
This paper presents chaotic phenomena in a model of power system. The model consists of three generators and is described by three non-linear differential second order equations. The paper presents a method of reduction of this model to one linear differential second order equation. Melnikov function techniques are applied to show that the system can have chaotic motion and to obtain the parameters range where chaos appears.
