|METHODS OF OPTIMAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM PLANNING AND RELIABILITY INDEXES|
Methods of optimal distribution system planning were described. Particularly crucial elements of mixed-integer programming and evolutionary programming were indicated. The reliability factors were defined. The objective function of the planning model was proposed. In this function reliability costs were indicated. A complexity of power system modeling was pointed. The main factors of the complexity were described, i.e. load duration characteristics, power and energy losses, reliability costs, costs of power outages, planning of power system expansion with distributed power sources.
