ANALYSIS OF DRIVE SYSTEM WITH DC MOTOR AND MECHANICAL NONLINEAR LOAD

Abstract:
Modern drive systems with DC commutator motors excited by permanent magnets and supplied from power-electronic converters can successfully compete, particularly in mass applications, with power transmission systems with electromagnetically excited universal motors. Time-variable interference from the mains and a nonlinear (as a function of angular velocity or shaft position) load torque act on the system. A structure ensuring that the basic requirements are met through simple measures introduced into the measurement and control system was determined. A selected structure of the system controlling a 1 kW drive, ensuring the proper performance of the system, and its possible applications were determined.
