FAST ALGORITHM FOR SATELLITE IMAGES DEFORMATIONS

Abstract:
The images provided by captors are intended for various applications, however the geometrical deformations which accompanies them make them not easily exploitable. The goal of the geometrical correction is to generate an image presented according to one of the forms of projections cartographic of everyday usage; an image whose geometry is that of a chart or a superposable image to another already corrected image. The rough images resulting from the satellite recordings are affected by many deformations which are directly related to all the elements intervening in the catch of sight.
Variation of attitude causes are the delocalization, distortion and the rotation of the image. Deformation related to the éphémérides: The position and the speed of the satellite on orbit during the frame grabbing are described by the éphéméride. However this last deviates of its orbit, it results from it a bad estimate which generates a delocalization of the images. The optimal method proposed in this paper is the analytical approch with using the nearest closed filter.
