A DIGITAL CONTROLLER IN A COMPUTER-INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR THE PROGRAM CONTROL OF THE TEMPERATURE CHANGING PROCESSES IN NONLINEAR OBJECTS

Abstract:
The paper presents an example of a digital controller in a computer-integrated system used for the program control of the temperature changing processes in nonlinear objects. The program contains some elements of the correction of the static and dynamic nonlinearities of the object, the sensors and the measuring converters, and includes automatic zero adjustment of measuring amplifiers, and the time axis scaling. The measuring system communicates with and transfers the measuring data to the computer by means of parallel ports, operates in the real-time mode, presents the results of the measurements as the functions of time or in the form of parametric plots, offers the results in the form of tables, and creates the database automatically.
