Abstract:
Luminous calculations for reflective surfaces, which reflect the parallel beam of luminous flux, are typically carried out for surfaces reflecting light in a directionally diffusive way, such as cinema screens or metal sheets with diffusive macrotextures. The literature references describe the properties of surfaces with spherical reflective elements. They have a constant value of luminous intensity in a limited emission angle. The study presents the flux method for luminous calculations for any mirror, rotationally symmetrical reflectors, reflecting axial-parallel beam of luminous flux. The luminous properties of the selected ellipsoidal, parabolic and hyperbolic elements were also analysed in the study.
